How does this Work?
First, I guide you first through 10-15 minutes of Journaling & Intention Setting. We can let go of anything you desire to in this Circle. Letting go of limiting beliefs/all that you want to creates energetic space to call in (a.k.a. ATTRACT) the "new" dreams/goals/etc. Journaling helps you to cleanse your mind. And setting your intentions sets you up for success on all levels (mentally/emotionally/physically & energetically) because it helps you to focus your mind on what you truly desire.
